| We had a fantastic time in Sunriver, Oregon. Kate 's father, Pete had organized the family a house smack dab in the middle of Sunriver.. A small community of 5ooo people, mostly retired or vacationers. This place has access to some of the best fishing rivers and lakes in Oregon. Not to mention the other activities , golf, skiing, horse riding, hunting, tennis, health club , biking etc etc. Bob &Button Gavigllio whom own Sunriver Flyshop (one of the best stocked flyshops we have wandered into)are the folks to see here . Bob has been guiding these parts for a long times and is a virtual encyclopedia of the area. Check out any guide book for Oregon fishing and Bob's name will pop up somewhere within. A big thanks from us all to the folks who turned up for our presentation on the Carpentaria Seafaris trip being planned for next year, its going to be a beaudy! Thanks to Bob for taking us fishing and putting us on to the Roxy Rainbow fly and of course the Browns, Rainbows and Kokeenee in East Lake! See you all back in Sunriver next year.
